No. Our charges are based on the original and one copy.
Is the information considered and handled as confidential?
Yes. All transcriptionists must sign a confidentiality
statement before employment begins.
How long has your company been doing transcription?

Do I have to pay a retainer?
Yes, unless you are a law firm with approved credit or a government
agency.
Is it possible to send large files over email?
